Back to Work and 2 Month Check-Up
I started back to work last week. The first day I was really wishing I could just be a stay at home Mom but by the end of the week I was back in the groove and happy to be working. Sarah stayed home with me and was great and allowed me to get lots of work done. Friday we went to see Dr. Shelley for Sarah's two month check-up. She weighed 10lbs 14oz and was 23.25 inches long. Dr. Shelly said she looks and is doing great! He told us that we could add rice cereal to her diet and hopefully get her to sleep longer at night. We have added the cereal but so far she has not slept through the night. She is going without a middle of the night feeding but she still wakes up around 3 or 4 am and needs to be changed and put back down. Gary is being a trooper and taking on this responsibility while I pump! Hopefully she will turn the corner soon! Sarah was supposed to start daycare this past Monday but with her doing so well with me last week and all of the sickness going around I decided to keep her home. Tentatively I am planning to keep her with me next week as well but she has been refusing to nap in the afternoons this week so she might be starting daycare next week! We will see. I know she is eventually going to get sick, I just want to prolong it as much as I can. Below are some pictures I took of her last week.

Hey Everyone
Hello everyone, thought I would try another post, it has been quite sometime, but Jen is doing a great job updating it. I have been pretty busy, going to Armstrong Atlantic State University "AASU" full time, working 30 hours a week at Erac, and trying to help Jen out as much as I can. She is doing a fantastic job mothering, and I am in awe of the way that she handles Sarah Kate. We are excited for today, Notre Dame and Alabama both open and are in the Top 25! We have had some work done around the house, I am attaching some landscaping photos, and pics of the garage. Jen, Sarah Kate and I spent Sunday hanging shelves and organizing, hey it only took 2 years to get it done, enjoy and see everyone soon.

2 Months Old
Today Sarah Kate is two months old! We are having so much fun together. She is so amazing and I cannot imagine life without her. We are really starting to get into a groove/routine. It will change a little in the next couple of weeks as I go back to work and she starts daycare, but we will adjust. Below is a video and some pictures I took today. She was cooing and smiling before I started recording and of course she stopped when the camera was rolling. Oh well, she is looking cute anyway. We had a great day having pictures taken by Jennifer Grayson (http://www.jennifergraysonphotography.com/). I cannot wait to see them.
