12:26, Sarah Kate is back

No worries, false alarm, its all good. We were told that it is from a little blood that she may have swallowed while coming out after the epiziotomy "spelling". So Jen is feeding and the whole family is awake again. So we will attempt to feed her, put her back down and get a little shut eye ourselves. On a good note Jen is off the IV fluids, and now is disconnected. talk to you guys later.

12:11 am, call the Dr.

Well, we were advised by the nurse to wake and change/feed the baby. A nurse earlier had told us to let baby Sarah Kate sleep if she wanted. So we woke her, changed a messy diaper, and then she threw up. Not really that alarming to us, but then the nurse kind of freaked out on us. she said that she didn't want to alarm us, but there needed to be some investigation. She took Sarah to the nursery and is having the charge nurse call the pediatrician. I am en route to watch through the glass. Nothing to be alarmed about, but hey, we are trying to keep this up to date for everyone. I will let everyone know what is up. I got a few hours of sleep, but Jen couldn't.

5 pm ish

Hey everyone and thanks for following the blog today.
Jen is doing great, a little sore, but now she has some McDonald's in her.
I also ate some dinner, and now I am ready for a nap. They took Sarah Kate away and
gave her a bath, did some checks on her, and now she is sleeping as snug as a bug in a rug.
Here are 2 more pics. Hope you guys have liked the blog so far.

Here we are,

Mountjoy party of 3 has arrived. We are so excited. Jen's mom cut the cord, I was holding the leg and watched it all go down. Here is a post pic, we will get some more on here asap. Thanks for all the email support.

It's a Girl!!!!!!

Hey everyone, its official, It's a Girl, Sarah Kate Mountjoy, 2 July 09, 2:12pm, 7lbs, 1 oz. 19.25 inches long. Momma and Sarah are doing great. Jen was a pure champ in the pushing. Dr Edwards did great, pushed for about 45 min. We will take calls later, thanks for all the support. I will post more pics as the day progresses. Full head of hair btw.

1 pm, FULL DIALATION!

Well, the Dr is on the way, the nurse can feel the head and Jen feels some pressure. I will try to get some good delivery pics. She is at 9.5 for those scoring at home, the Russian judge only gave her a 9, haha.

Noon, Hour 7

Almost noon. We are sending Mr. Teelpe out to Pooler to let the dogs out and take them to their house. Toby Dog "Who has a rude awakening coming" didn't go out when we left for the hospital this morning. Jen is having contractions every min or two, they are strong but she really cant feel them with the meds. She is happy for all the prayers that people are sending for us, hopefully our new arrival will be here soon.
